To make it easier to determine the proper cure for your Tinnitus you will need to know the cause so, in case you do not know what the causes are let us take a look at some of the causes as well as some possible cures.

Exposure to Loud Noises for Extended Periods of Time: This is the most common cause of Tinnitus so, if you ask "How can I cure my Tinnitus?" and it has been caused by exposure to loud noises for extended periods, then the simple answer would be hearing protection. Whenever you know you will be around loud noises for extended periods, wear a good quality pair of ear plugs or noise reducing ear muffs, The best cure for Tinnitus due to loud noises is to avoid them.

As we get older, we begin to lose our hearing and as the hearing goes the ringing begins, and gets louder as the loss of hearing increases.
